El foco en los detalles est\u00e1 en aquellos que tratan directamente con los equipos de desarrollo, los Propietarios del Producto y los Scrum Masters entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrummanager.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/TribeLeadTribuSpotify.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1693 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrummanager.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/TribeLeadTribuSpotify-255x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"255\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrummanager.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/TribeLeadTribuSpotify-255x300.png 255w, https:\/\/www.scrummanager.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/TribeLeadTribuSpotify.png 498w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 255px) 85vw, 255px\" \/><\/a>Para cubrir este rol el modelo Spotify introduce al Tribe Lead, un l\u00edder al servicio que primero acompa\u00f1a a la tribu a trav\u00e9s de las etapas de la adopci\u00f3n de Agilidad a nivel de escala, y luego la conduce a lo largo de la estrategia y la mejora continua. Establece la estrategia en base a la visi\u00f3n y los objetivos a largo plazo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, y se centra en sincronizar la cultura con la estrategia para involucrar a la tribu en los valores \u00e1giles, causas nobles, resultados (outcomes) y adopci\u00f3n de nuevos h\u00e1bitos y as\u00ed alinear los comportamientos con la Agilidad.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Desarrolla a los que le rodean fomentando equipos multifuncionales autoorganizados, tanto tecnol\u00f3gicos como de negocio y de l\u00edderes de equipo.
