Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo lograrlo? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso de formaci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos consta de cuatro pasos: se\u00f1al, anhelo, respuesta y recompensa. Este ciclo de h\u00e1bitos es constante y est\u00e1 presente en todas las acciones que realizamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las<strong> Cuatro Leyes de Cambio de Conducta<\/strong> representan cada uno de estos pasos y pueden ayudarnos tanto a crear como a eliminar un h\u00e1bito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primera ley:<\/strong> hacerlo obvio (SE\u00d1AL).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Segunda ley: <\/strong>hacerlo atractivo (ANHELO).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tercera ley: <\/strong>hacerlo sencillo (RESPUESTA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuarta ley: <\/strong>hacerlo satisfactorio (RECOMPENSA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas leyes se aplican universalmente y ayudan a comprender y cambiar
