No pueden reemplazar el liderazgo fuerte o una cultura de empresa creativa. Sin embargo, proporcionan una estructura sobre la cual construir y alcanzar el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Son concretos y desafiantes:<\/strong> son declaraciones claras sobre lo que se quiere alcanzar. Deben empujar a la organizaci\u00f3n hacia adelante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Permiten medir el progreso hacia sus objetivos:<\/strong> son m\u00e9tricas espec\u00edficas, medibles y verificables, que proporcionan un indicador claro de progreso o \u00e9xito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promueven la transparencia y alineaci\u00f3n de objetivos a lo largo de toda la organizaci\u00f3n. <\/strong>Permiten a las empresas focalizarse en lo que realmente importa, evitando distracciones y asegurando que todos los niveles de la organizaci\u00f3n trabajen en conjunto hacia metas comunes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En <em>Mide lo que importa<\/em> se muestra la versatilidad y eficacia de la metodolog\u00eda de los OKR en distintos entornos y culturas empresariales, como Google o
