En esta encantadora charla, Itay Talgam muestra el estilo \u00fanico de seis grandes directores del siglo XX, ilustrando lecciones cruciales para cualquier l\u00edder<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Itay Talgam: Lead like the great conductors\" width=\"840\" height=\"473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/R9g3Q-qvtss?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Itay nos va llevando por distintos tipos de liderazgo, desde el m\u00e1s autoritario de <strong>Riccardo Muti<\/strong>, cuya descripci\u00f3n cierra con la <em>an\u00e9cdota <\/em>de la petici\u00f3n realizada por los 700 m\u00fasicos de La Scala para que dimitiese, hasta el \u00faltimo cuyo nombre no dice y que no reconozco, que dirige a la orquesta solo con los movimientos de su cara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Itay va avanzando, director a director, en el grado de excelencia en la direcci\u00f3n, no como posici\u00f3n autoritaria sino como facilitador. Veamos los pasos que nos muestras:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Riccardo Muti<\/strong>, autoritario, expl\u00edcito, no deja espacio para que los m\u00fasicos se desarrollen y est\u00f3s terminan pidiendo su dimisi\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Richard Strauss<\/strong>, deja que todo suceda por s\u00ed mismo, sin interferir, pero dentro de un espacio delimitado, sin muchas opciones a la creatividad.<\/li><li><strong>Herbert von Karajan, <\/strong>dirige sin dar instrucciones, la m\u00fasica est\u00e1 en su mente, \u00abel peor da\u00f1o que podr\u00eda causarle a mi orquesta es darles una instrucci\u00f3n clara porque eso impedir\u00eda la uni\u00f3n, escucharse unos a otros, lo cual es necesario en una orquesta\u00bb, llega a manifestar en una ocasi\u00f3n. Es un control muy espiritual, pero sin embargo firme, que causa una gran presi\u00f3n a los m\u00fasicos que deben <em>descifrar<\/em> los mensajes del director.<\/li><li><strong>Carlos Kleiber <\/strong>tampoco da instrucciones, en su lugar abre un espacio para que los m\u00fasicos a\u00f1adan otra capa de interpretaci\u00f3n. Carlos conduce la representaci\u00f3n disfrutando, viviendo la m\u00fasica. Cada m\u00fasico sabe lo que tiene que hacer y se crea un espacio de compa\u00f1erismo. Pero no solo motiva, tambi\u00e9n mantiene la autoridad ganada por su profesionalidad. Kleiber no solo crea un proceso, crea las condiciones para que ese proceso fluya. Todo esto es muy emocionante para los m\u00fasicos, para el equipo.<\/li><li><strong>Lenny Bernstein, <\/strong>el profesor de Itay, es otro ejemplo de dejar fluir a los m\u00fasicos, de disfrutar y transmitir ese gozo. <em>Si amas algo, d\u00e9jalo ir<\/em> dice Itay que le dijo una vez su amigo Peter y aqu\u00ed lo utiliza para describir a Kenny Bernstein.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No he podido evitar pensar en los modelos de direcci\u00f3n de proyectos y en el proceso y las condiciones que se crean en las metodolog\u00edas \u00e1giles.
