Last line of page 63 of the PDF edition.

Reads "Technical knowledge: 2.4"; should read "Technical knowledge 1.4".

Change of term in Figure 11 for consistency with the text of the book

Location=

Figure 11. The principle "People over processes" appears under the name "Knowledge." The reason is that the essence of this principle is the preference for people's tacit knowledge over the knowledge made explicit in processes, but the truth is that the difference in name is inconsistent. In version 3.21, Figure 11 shows the principle with the same name as the text: "People over processes."

Consistency in the "sociocratic" and "holacratic" names between tables 2 and 3

Location=

Tables 2 and 3. The tables show only one term for the evolutionary paradigm.

Version 3.0 notes -> 3 Dimensions

Criteria for assessing the company's operational agility (page 60 of the PDF edition)

Reads "The evaluation of agility in the operational facet of the company is determined by analyzing work practices" New wording: "The evaluation of agility in the operational facet of the company is determined by analyzing practices" Reason for the change: stating "work practices" could be interpreted to mean that the practices of principle 8 (people over processes) were not included.

3.- Iterative and incremental development (page 44 of the PDF edition)

In the last paragraph, it reads "sino que los éstos" and should read "sino que estos".

Incorrect use of "principle" for a statement of the Agile Manifesto

Location

8.- People over processes (page 48 of the PDF edition)

It reads "The Agile Manifesto, in its first principle, states that..." and should read "The Agile Manifesto states..." The term "principle" is ambiguous. There is no consensus on how many principles of agility there are or which ones they should be, and it can lead to the confusion of identifying the postulates of the Agile Manifesto as the principles of agility.
