The operational dimension is the area of an organization that produces the company's products or services. In Scrum Manager's AgiLevel framework, it is one of the three dimensions assessed to measure an organization's agile maturity, along with the organizational dimension and support. The operational dimension groups together the principles that describe how teams work day to day.
The eight principles of the operational dimension
AgiLevel describes the maturity of the operational dimension through eight principles:
