Apariencia
Evolutionary management (also called agile management) is the set of techniques and practices used to guide the progressive execution of a project so that it produces a minimum viable product in the shortest possible time and, from that first delivery onward, keeps it under continuous improvement and increment.

Types of evolutionary management
Evolutionary management is classified into two approaches, depending on what the quality of the result is based on:
- Agility: the quality of the result is based on the tacit professional knowledge of the people working on the project. People and their interactions are the main factor.
- Concurrent engineering: the quality of the result is based on the quality of the procedures used. Processes and technology carry greater weight.
