Apariencia
Continuous increment is the continuous delivery of functionality at the pace at which it is produced, maintaining a steady flow without idle time or bottlenecks. It is the development strategy associated with the Kanban method and with teams that work without fixed-length sprints.
Description

Unlike iterative increment, which packages work into fixed time pulses (sprints), continuous increment generates a steady flow of deliveries: each user story moves independently through the workflow and is delivered to production as soon as it is done, without waiting for the end of a cycle.
