Apariencia
The standard Scrum framework (technical Scrum in Scrum Manager terminology) is the set of roles, artifacts, and events that make up the core of Scrum according to the Scrum Guide. It uses iterative increments based on fixed-length time pulses (sprints) to keep the project moving forward continuously.
Components
The technical Scrum framework consists of:

Roles
- The developers.
- The Product Owner.
- The Scrum Master.
Artifacts
Events
Commitments associated with the artifacts
Each Scrum artifact has an associated commitment that increases transparency and focus:
- The Product Backlog's commitment is the product vision: the long-term goal that guides its evolution.
- The Sprint Backlog's commitment is the Sprint Goal: the value objective the team pursues during the iteration.
- The increment's commitment is the Definition of Done: the minimum quality standard it must meet.
Common mistake
Adopting the components without the principles. The Scrum framework is simple to describe: three roles, three artifacts, five events. But the components only produce value when they are driven by the principles that underpin them: self-management, continuous improvement, transparency, and inspection. A team that holds all the meetings without self-management and without genuine reflection is not doing Scrum: it is following a ritual.
