The goal of agile management is not to deliver faster, but to deliver more value, earlier: speed is a means; value is the end. This distinction, which always mattered, becomes critical when intelligent assistance can multiply production, because producing a lot is not the same as adding value — sometimes it only adds volume, or even noise, to the product. Available capacity is not a need: when execution becomes cheap, the temptation is to commission work simply because it can be produced, and the result is features nobody asked for that complicate or distort the product. That is why, the cheaper execution gets, the more valuable and more scarce the activity of deciding well what to build becomes — and keeping value as the north star is what stops speed from becoming an end in itself.
