Greetings!

I am a Producer with a passion for creating exceptional products and a focus on maintaining a positive work environment. With various years of experience, I specialize in managing projects from conception to launch, ensuring high quality standards and adherence to deadlines and budgets, without resorting to grueling workdays.

My approach ranges from planning roadmaps to managing milestones and estimates. I work closely with the team to achieve the best possible product, applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean and Kanban. My understanding of KPIs and all development and validation processes is fundamental to transform ideas into minimum viable products and take them to production.

I use various management tools, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Wrike, Notion and Trello, adapting to the needs of the project. In addition, I incorporate waterfall methodologies when necessary, especially in asset production.

As a Producer of a multidisciplinary team, my current role involves the integral management of production, from the coordination of synchronizations between departments to the elaboration of function plans. I am also actively involved in people management, conducting one-on-one meetings and overseeing growth goals.

My personality, ENTJ-A, reflects my goal-oriented approach and ability to effectively lead teams.
