ERP Project & Service Manager - D365FO&SCM

Responsabilities:
- Manage project scope to ensure full alignment with the contract.
- Monitoring the execution of D365FO&SCM client’s projects focusing on the business goals and ensuring achieving timelines by develop a detailed project plan following CuroGens methodology.
- Elaboration of estimates and planning of the project including roll-outs for internationals projects. In case of detecting deviations ensure change management process has been follow-up.
- Definition of project organization, roles and responsibilities, methodologies and project strategies.
- Synchronization of cross functional teams, ensuring understanding and well communication of project requirements, client’s use cases, status, change requests, impacts and risks.
- Monitor and control project logs: risks, actions, issues, change request, decisions.
- Ensure that the project keeps quality, deadlines and budget as defined in the project mandate.
- Supporting analysis, development and adjustment of requirements and use cases doing the
planning and prioritization of project requirements.
- Conducting SteerCo meetings, workshops, trainings, project status report and retrospectives as
part of the communication and work in progress of projects.
